Please note: As you can see, I prefer non-studio work; churches and auditoriums are the natural habitats of classical music; live traditional music is often an outdoor art form; and conference rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, and any other place out there work best for most of the other stuff . In the occasional pinch, though, and for the right fee, I am not opposed to recording in a good studio. However, I do not record rock and roll or other music that can only be recorded in a studio. Neither do I do video taping. Finally, I do not do “sound” (i.e., sound reinforcement). These are all specialized disciplines that require specialized expertise. I would be more than happy to refer you to highly competent practitioners of those arts.
